How It All Started
I didn’t set out to become a coach. I set out to transform my own pain.
Growing up in a small town to working-class parents, in a disorientating environment that, despite their best efforts, shaped my lifelong search for meaning.
I spent decades studying human behavior, communication, and spiritual practices formally and informally all over the world— searching for something that felt honest and whole.
What I discovered became the foundation of Reflective Coaching.
It’s not about chasing perfection or bypassing pain.
It’s about learning the truth about yourself and moving through it—fully, finally, and despite fear—and that is what changes everything.
I give you what I know.
My Philosophy
Real transformation doesn’t come from comfort.
It begins with clarity. The kind that asks you to face what’s true, even when it’s uncomfortable.
When we become quiet and undistracted, wisdom arises and everything begins to shift.
In this work, I’ll meet you with compassion, but I won’t protect you from the truth that sets you free. That’s the sacred paradox of Reflective Coaching: Uncomfortable truth and self-love can co-exist.
How You’ll Experience This Work
Each session will invite radical honesty and deep introspection—guided, direct, and deeply human.
We use Vertical Reflective Questioning (VRQ) to unearth the root(s) of your problems—the thoughts, fears, and beliefs quietly shaping your decisions.
This powerful process was developed by my late mentor, Marianne Weidlein, a visionary teacher whose work shaped the foundation of Reflective Coaching. Her wisdom and guidance continue to live through every conversation I guide. This work saved my life.

Mine continues to unfold, as a mother, mentor, writer, and eternal student of this mysterious, beautiful life.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me with my family—my two young boys and husband—maybe on the ski slopes of Colorado, on a hike in nature, or in a church or ashram.
